This service is free of charge.

What software do I need?
You can make and read requests using only a Web Browser such as Internet Explorer, check that your settings are compatible here. To view markups you will require Adobe Reader which is free to download from www.adobe.com.

What type of internet connection do I require?
You can use this service on a standard dial-up connection but we would recommend a Broadband connection as some of the markups can be large files.

What kind of requests can I make?
Currently requests should only be made about the location of existing plant only.

What file types may I upload to accompany my request?
Only files with the following extensions are permitted - .bmp, .gif, .dwf, .doc, .pdf, .txt, .jpg.
